I may have actually heard it when it originally aired as a kid being driven around by my hippie big sister, in her station wagon with curtains for the back window that she sewed herself. She often listened to the Mighty MET.

	11:46pm laurapanic: ↳ Bob Barth @11:37 oh god that story is funny. There was a guy doing our sound, kinda managing us. But he was scamming everyone for money and we had no idea. The legend has it that we werent actually ON that show. This guy told us he had gotten us on that show, he was just lying to everyone about everything and all sorts of dumb stuff at the time. It was the 90s and we were all young and dumb. So, me and my band roll up, set up and play. The vibe was wierd but we were first on of a bunch of acts and we just humbly did our thing and moved on. In the years that passed , people started talking about this band (us) that blagged their way onto the Pumpkins support without actually having it. I'm kinda embarrased, and still do not know to this day if we actually had the show or not. I do not have any Corgan etc stories, sorry, because its fucking weird enough.
	11:47pm laurapanic: a bit later I was sharing a house with that lying guy and another friend. Unbeknownst to us, when we gave him our rent (cash was king!) to take to the real estate office to pay, no sir, he was not doing that. The first we knew of it, was the sherrif arriving to remove us from the premises. The guy had been hiding all the notices etc as well.
