I also have sleep issues (less lately tho) and did a full on polysomnography in a hospital to find if I had sleep apnea etc... it turns oout is is my frontal lobes and micro-epilepsy. I live with it since I was a child (where I suffered more of a lgiht form of epilepsy). Good luck! I also have sleep issues (less lately tho) and did a full on polysomnography in a hospital to find if I had sleep apnea etc... it turns oout is is my frontal lobes and micro-epilepsy. I live with it since I was a child (where I suffered more of a lgiht form of epilepsy). Good luck! It's often psychosomatic. also, allow me to share this with yoiu gentlewashrecords.com... -- don't liten to it until it's time for bed :)
