Pro tip: If you ever order in Chinese food, ALWAYS get an extra pint of rice (white or brown). When it's cool, chuck in freezer. Can go right into any stir fry after crumbling up, or any other recipe that calls for cooked rice. Also great for grain salads/rice salads.
