Folks, that animated GIF there is from a cartoon called "Top Cat" from the early 1960s. Over 60 years ago, and THAT I remember like it was yesterday. (God, I'm Old.) The gimmick was, they were an NYC (probably Lower East Side) street gang, headed by this fast-talking wiseguy, except...they were all Cats. There was a human Cop, also.
