just completed two small drawings....took better part of two days...i got so frustrated that at one point i crumpled them up and threw them in the garbage, one i tore in half... then i took them out and i started to see possibilities ... glued the torn one and tried to smooth them out....they came out really well ....i'm feel pretty good about them... them...

(fun fact: the athens [ga] dept kicked my friend and iout of town when i was 20. i had some rave friends i knew from atlanta, but, they were having relationship problems. so, my friend and i slept in his volvo in a subdivision under construction. the cops tried to press charges we were doing something untowards. i'm a boring cis-straight male, but we bee-lined it to nw ga to spend the day w/ the artist howard finster in his paradise garden (other shenanigans ensued). (also met stereolab at a cafe in atlanta, same trip) (best four-hour show later that day)
