	7:06am Nina: Brian lots of steam and moisture. And there are physical techniques to suppress coughs which are sometimes valuable. Just standing in the shower for 15 mins can help too. And putting your face over a pot of boiling water with a towel… and of course lots of water. Ginger tea. I’ve heard putting sliced onions on your back and hitting your back with a wooden spoon can help. That’s old witchcraft i got from Rebecca’s apothecary in Boulder Colorado. Take it or leave it!!!! And putting your face over a pot of boiling water with a towel… and of course lots of water. Ginger tea.
