Randy was the singer and I believe has retired. In the Live At Bimbo's DVD, it is declared "Carlos" retired and moved back to Mexico to care for his mother (hard to parse whether there's anything to that or mythmaking at work)...hard to say if guitarist resident is on the new one or not
