Mornin', BOB, and all the BRAINIACS! Been away for a while with some medical issues. But I'm here today and listening attentively to the usual fine selection of tunes. I never owned Harrison's "Wonderwall Music" until Apple Records reissued their entire catalog on CD. Very interesting stuff! And please keep dropping in those Todd Rundgren gems. He is certainly "a wizard, a true star!"

I attended a Van Dyke Parks concert within view of Franklin Field.Mr Parks became very emotional during the show.Apparently he had watched his brother perform there as an Ivy League football player. His brother was later killed in Vietnam

Had the pleasure of seeing VAN DYKE PARKS at McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica, CA. His unfinished "Jump" album, based on the Uncle Remus/Bre'r Rabbit tales of Joel Chandler Harris, formed the entire program. Fascinating. Parks on piano with Kathy Dalton on vocals.
