One thing I don't miss about owning a record store is RSD. It started out with the best of intentions but became a mostly unpleasant hype. I still work at a record store, but I work my bookstore job on Saturdays, so I am spared. I do take advantage of working at the record store and can get the few titles I'm interested in in advance.
