  6:11am
Sue:

Joe! Awesome track! You totally rule! :) It's just perfect for this time of morning.
  6:12am
Joe:

Thanks, Sue, and good morning to you! I'm glad you're with me this morning.
  6:19am
Sue:

I'm just sitting around listening to your show again. I gotta get ready for work! :)
  6:20am
Joe:

Uh-oh! I'm making you so unproductive!
  6:21am
Sue:

At least I can listen while I iron :)
  6:22am
Sue:

I think you should know that you're driving me crazy with this set right now. It's too unreal
  6:22am
Joe:

Just so long as you pretend you are in a Bollywood musical while you do it!
  6:51am
Marco:

Great show! Wanna hear the Peter Walker LP.
Greetings to all from London, England!
  6:53am
Joe:

Hey, Marco! Welcome to you and all of our fine listeners from the UK and environs. Saw Peter Walker at Cecil Sharp earlier this year. Great stuff!
  6:56am
Marco:

Must have been awesome, Joe! Thank you for the great selection. Hope is well in beautiful NYC and continue to play more of thie fantastic stuff.
  7:05am
Joe:

Hey, thanks, Marco! It's lookin' pretty good out there this morning, so I hope it's a beautiful day. Hope all is swell over there!
  7:10am
Marco:

It sure is! Summer has reached these shores too.
Will buy the Peter Walker and Sandy Bull LP reissues you just spoke about. Any mail order recommendation from your side? When I am in NY I go to Other Music but have no visit planned for the moment (unfortunately). Will now tune in every Saturday. What a great discovery: you made my day.
  7:12am
Joe:

Wow, Marco, that's so cool! Thanks. If you like Other Music, they do mail order online, so you can still shop there if you like!
  7:13am
Marco:

Thank YOU, Joe.
All the best.
  7:37am
Jeffersonic:

Joe Maphis is it! The 1:58 min. "electric" version of "Fire on the Strings" just tears it to pieces!
  7:39am
Joe:

You said it! That's an amazing LP.
  7:52am
Marco:

Wow! The Last and Starz! You really know your music, Joe! What next? Any Willie Alexander? The db's? Do you accept requests for next week? Just joking, you choose. TOP SHOW!!!
  7:54am
Joe:

To tell you the truth, Marco, I feel like playing the Starz 45 about 8 times in a row! God, I love that record. Feel free to send me requests! I can't guarantee I'll play 'em, but maybe! I like your two suggestions so far!
  8:07am
?:

I will love to be surprised by your outstanding taste, Joe!
Just a few humble random thoughts: anything on the ORK label (Prix, Alex Chilton, Chris Bell, early Television). Any MV&EE music from nowadays (love them myself). A track from the latest Vetiver album. Just blabbering. You play what you feel is right and I will listen and appreciate.
  8:09am
Joe:

Those are all such great suggestions! Wish I had 3 more hours and I'd get 'em all in!
  8:15am
fred:

I like this transmission a lot. And I like a lot of what you've transmitted so far. My request is for you to keep doing what you do. It's less fun if I know what's coming
  8:17am
Joe:

Thanks, Fred! I'll try to keep you guessing.
  8:40am
Marco:

May the rest of your Saturday be as good as the music you played today. Am going out myself to take advantage of God's sunny day and a London park. I will tune in next Saturday again. Ciao! (My Italian nationality creeps through!)
  8:44am
Joe:

Thanks, Marco! Have a great day, and thanks for tuning in!
  8:44am
Listener Lisa in Tampa:

  8:48am
Joe:

Thanks, Lisa from Tampa!! And thanks, Dale. Yes, my show is a bit different than Jeff's. But I'll get some of that folk on, too, I swear!
  8:53am
Joe:

In fact, here's some nice Brit folk for you now!
  8:54am
dale:
