	4:20am Joshua K: I was eatin pringles and chocolate on alternating bites, I don't know if that was a good idea but it tasted good.
	4:49am Syl: I was just eating Nutella and sunflower seed butter on raisin toast.
	4:57am Marty: i just need something. but i think im going to have to wait an hour and get my usual post show meal at the flamingo, eggs over med. w/ bacon
	4:59am Joshua K: That place is hella low budget. I think I remember them not taking plastic when I went once so a friend had to pay for my meal.
	5:00am Syl: Marty, do you squish the toast into the yolks?
	5:09am Marty: Yeah the flamingo is very american, i feel like im a bon jovi video when ever im in there. always full of construction workers with air brushed hard hats. Syl the beauty of a good over med egg is that you can skawash some yoak, on the potatoes and toast so it soaks it all up. but w/ a good over med. is also some that is hard yoak that you can put on top of the toast. maybe w/ a little bacon. yum.
	5:15am Syl: Nice! I have to admit I'm a sucker for the sunnyside up. though. But yeah, any way you have your eggs, they're always better with bacon!
	5:18am Joshua K: I've been getting cans of beans from the UK and eatin them on toast with an egg over easy. The yolk and bean and toast all merge into one superfood
	5:21am Syl: Ah, you mean like those Heinz baked beans in the green can, like on the cover of The Who Sell Out?
	5:22am Joshua K: Yeah exactly. They import them from the UK to america and they are made by an american company. Pretty silly. They also have curry beans, that are in a curry sauce with raisins, thats a bit different.
	5:26am Marty: if you are going caned its all about goya beans. scramble an egg into come chorizo, roll that shit up in a tortilla. now thats the ticket.
	5:29am Joshua K: Hmm but which beans do you choose: black, pink, red I am a fan of black beans. I wonder if portuguese roll would work for making a torta, its relatively close.
	5:31am Joshua K: Well now its just an egg party.
	5:31am Syl: Hey Joshua, do the UK baked beans taste different from US ones? They have 'em in import stores here and I always wonder about them.
	5:33am Syl: Two eggs over easy between two pieces of white bread. Bite into it and the yolk squishes out the other end. Now THAT'S an egg party!
	5:35am Joshua K: Yeah they are just in tomato sauce. Less brown sugar or molasses or whatever. I bought a can to try em out, but I might order some on amazon since its way cheaper to buy a case of em. Stop n Shop also sells crumpets you pop in the toaster and then butter them up and put a poached egg on top and you break the yolk and it runs into the crevices

	5:49am Enid Coleslaw: Hey Syl, you should try Heinz Baked Beans instead of the US brands. They're in a tomato sauce so they're more tangy then sweet. I tried B&M after eating Heinz for years and was amazed at how sweet they were. It's the molasses I guess.
