I was in a Mexican restaurant and the staff was listening to this crazy shit. It was cumbia...but with all kinds of weird effects and had a very stoney vibe. Almost like Reggaeton. I thought for a while that maybe it was chicha from Peru but now I'm leaning toward Cumbia Poblano.
