That new Neil Gaiman episode of Dr. Who was kind of disappointing, partly because it was too rushed. (They aren't doing two-parters anymore and if any show absolutely requires two-parters, it's this one.) Maybe my expectations were too high. It had some good bits though.
Avatar 3:39am
amEdeo:

Good mornings all! Why no more two-parters?

This is exactly the song I wanted to hear right now!! Unbelievable

Thanks amEdeo!

The 2nd parts supposedly always get worse ratings? I don't buy that. BBC mgmt. being idiots makes more sense.

Thanks!

Yeah, that seems like pretty faulty logic on the BBC's part. Especially with how the show's been running for the last few years.

Swedish rock band bob hund made a cover as well, translated lyrics and all. It's pretty good.

Wow, I couldn't stand this Knife album the first few times I tried to listen to it, but I like this track.
Avatar 4:04am
BadGuyZero:

Are you permitted to reveal the name of the record store that was visited during the group outing?
Avatar 4:05am
amEdeo:

Yes. I think it is a good album. Maybe not what you might expect from The Knife. But then again, who can say what The Knife doing an opera about Charles Darwin sounds like except for The Knife themselves. But I find it to be very... soothing, in a sensical way.

Sri Ganesh's Dosa House?
Avatar 4:10am
amEdeo:

The dosa place was called "Dosa Express" I think? It wasn't in Jersey City. Not sure about the record place, but the guy who ran it was named Greg Winter.
