Cowboy Junkies are celebrating their 40th anniversary this year with a tour that comes to the tri-state area in mid-February. On today's show, Joe talks to Michael Timmins, the band's guitarist and main songwriter, about the band's beginnings in Toronto, their continuously creative career, the glory and stigma of the great cover tune, and their most recent album, Such Ferocious Beauty.
