I see everyone else is also too stunned by the ultra-tight J-Pop to even comment.

Enjoying the show from afar, Jesse. Hope you're not feeling too flu-ish (or blue-ish). Really loving this set, starting with Neil. Gotta give that album a listen.

Hey Ike - started watching Farscape last week with my 8yr old. She's into it.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:17pm
Mike East:

(I think that was you that recommended it, right?)
Avatar 2:37pm
Ike:

Yep. Cool! But note, some of the later seasons get a bit sexy and racy in spots, edging firmly into TV-14 territory, and some of the villains and their torture of John Crichton border on terrifying.

Akron reminds me of Plone - any connection?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:45pm
jj.:

don't think there's a connection. pretty sure akron is a solo project by a dude in spain.

Did the 90.1 signal drop about 15 minutes ago? I was in my car listening and I lost the signal. I'm inside now, so i don't know if it came back or what. The 91.1 transmitter was giving problems yesterday.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:48pm
Mike East:

thanks for the headsup! we had to stop watching dr. who cuz it got a bit too scary.
Avatar 2:51pm
baby59:

@JJ. --- Akron feels kinda like this --- www.youtube.com...
Avatar 2:53pm
Ike:

Uh oh, really? Most of Dr. Who is probably much less frightening. (Well, maybe not the Weeping Angels.) Yeah, the presence of Jim Henson Co. critters in Farscape is a bit misleading. They were involved to prove they could do an adult show, even though it seems pretty innocent at first.
  2:57pm
van:

Enjoyed what I heard. Thanks Jesse.
Avatar 2:57pm
northguineahills:

The Silence can also be a bit frightening. The multiple thread narratives can also be confusing. I'd wait until your oldest is 9 or ten to continue Dr. Who.

Thanks Jesse!
