Indeed. This is my normal work schedule, but I'm usually off today so I would normally be sleeping by now.

Yeah, I kind of expected as much with the turnout. I was slightly amazed yet also disappointed that there was almost no line at my voting location.
  3:33am

Ah yes, the voting turnout and results were a disgrace.

By voting green party in US you can actually influence political change of global magnitude, so that's a nice thing to do, even for citizens from different countries (like me). As for voting using software -- unfortunately computers are designed in a way that you can't trust `voting software'.

How does an old rich guy win a beauty pageant? Look at Monopoly for the answers. thegamerzzone.com...

Avatar 3:53am
Andrew Fetter:

I usually vote Green as well, unless I live in a swing state, which surprisingly was the case in 2008. Not so much in 2012, though. Felt no reservations about voting Green then, even if I did have to write in all the candidates.

Avatar 🎙 4:11am

They really should.....shame shame shame shame spiral....
Avatar 4:11am
Andrew Fetter:

True, but the Democrats in Congress and the White House should be ashamed for wasting 6 years ignoring the base that got them elected and trying to appease an opposition who has done nothing but throw temper tantrums. Not excusing the low turnout, but some of it could be attributed to the Democrats being an abysmal failure.

Yup, get more active and not just vote the right people into office, but actually hold them accountable for the promises they make on the campaign trail. Then you'll see things actually get better.
