this is all great, thanks

Greetings, humans!

Scott in Houston:

Send me to sleep with something awesome as usual, JJ!
  12:13am
P-90:

G'morning DJ Jesse and Frowlings. This works well here, good show to follow Goddamn Dave.

Hello!

I don't think I could fall asleep to the Frow Show

Ike:

@JJ, did you notice that Scott W. played a lousy Dead track earlier today and dedicated it to you?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:21am
jj.:

aw, no, i missed that. what'd he play?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:22am
jj.:

aw, weather report suite, part 1. is that you saying it's lousy or scott saying it's lousy? 'cuz i'll defend weather report suite part 1.
Avatar 12:27am
Ike:

The blame is on me here; I'm sure Scott wouldn't say that. Laziest playing I've ever heard. There's laid-back and then there's just flat-out laying down on the job! ;P

Now, Kemialliset Ystävät, THERE'S a hard-working band! Hot damn!
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:29am
jj.:

ike, go learn WRS part 1 on guitar, then come back and tell me it's still laidback.
Avatar 12:36am
Ike:

"You couldn't do it" is not a valid comeback to any criticism in the history of the universe. You don't have to be a baker to know when the bread didn't rise. Pauline Kael didn't have to be able to direct films. :) Your mileage may vary. Great set, BTW.
Avatar 12:37am
Ike:

Damn, I should've gotten that premium by Doug Schulkind.
  12:38am
JakeGould:

Ike, chill.
  12:40am
caw:

We really need calming and soothing music right now, after the Ferguson verdict. Thanks Jesse.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:45am
jj.:

i wasn't saying "you couldn't do it". i'm just saying there's a lot going on in the track, and nobody's lying down on the job. though they might be extremely high.

This is really hypnotic. & @ Caw - word.
Avatar 12:51am
Ike:

Don't overreact @Jake, this is my standard style. I came out of the womb and said, "This doctor's bellbottoms are CRAP! And these fluorescent lights are garbage. Get some real lights up in this hospital!" @JJ, I see what you meant now; your phrasing was a little confusing. None of this seems important anymore now that Caw has brought up Ferguson though.

Is this jam a spin off of Suicide's Cheree Cherree?
  1:14am
JakeGould:

Ike, my issue is people just knee-jerk reacting to the Dead. A band I don’t like and will never like but I respect others, so I get peeved when people take umbrage with another’s taste since that is all personal/subjective.

Mark:

People kind of get quiet around this time of night, Eh, Jesse?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:56am

really depends on the night!

oh, cool! i've been to klamath falls, one dark & weird summer night many moons ago, while looking for late night lodging between san francisco & points north.
