Maybe I have a weakness for that kind of anthemic bombastic stuff, since I like Arcade Fire (who are great live) much to the disgust of some commenters around here. Heh.
	12:41am JakeGould: Coelacanth, to me he transitioned from being a mildly egotistical indie star in U2’s formative years to an insufferable wad beginning in the early 1990s. “Achtung Baby” was tolerably different, but that is right when they started to really become more of an arena rock band. And now their connection with Apple—like who cares if Apple gives anyone a “free” U2 album—is just another part of the problem.

	1:37am JakeGould: I am not 100% familiar with “Big Finish Audio” stuff, but audio production and voice actor choice means a lot to me when getting audio programs. I feel the classic radio shows always—and I mean always—got it right. Because radio production was in such high gear there was no room for nonsense. But a lot of audiobooks and even podcasts nowadays grate on me when it just sounds like some puffed up local theater troupe actor or someone else who should not have gotten a gig. This sounds greta.
