@Kenzo: Basically in gentrifying neighborhoods suddenly health inspectors swoop in to fine businesses that have been clean for years but suddenly NOW they are dirty. They get fined to death, kick out of their place, the building is flipped and next you know it… Artisanal nonsense on the ground floor and overpriced apartments above. Very common pattern I notice.
