Favoriting Brian Turner: Playlist from August 4, 2015 Favoriting

Order and disorder in a freeform haze of terribly-played guitars, shorted-out electronics, found audio detritus, strange sounds from strange lands all around. Psych-punk-junk, collage, even pop. Lots of in-studio live performances to boot.

I had a copy of this, but unloaded it at the time of the great purge. Regrettably. An utterly inappropriate cover, but good Scorpions, nonetheless.

When that Nanny Hell track came on, I just a few blocks away from Carroll Gardens, but it was too hot to get off the bus and go see if I could hear any actual screaming privileged children to compete with the ones on the radio.

@Jake, if you like mangosteens (a delicious tropical fruit, not related to mango), I found a Chinese supermarket selling bags of them for only $1.99/lb. a couple blocks south of 3 Guys. Never seen a price that low before in the U.S.
