Her big shoes hanging from her backpack and she had her FULL FACE on including the nose and ran to the bus. Might have gotten off of the Subway or something. She was just like every other “Just get me home!” commuter but inadvertently whacking people with her shoes and had the nose/face on. And she was handing out her business cards to people with kids as well… So harried, not funny, not pleasant… But HEY! I look like a clown so here is my business card so I can show up at your home!

But NJ has better hot dogs and nicer bagels. I agree. I still miss the real tough bagels from the 1970s and previous. With crusts you could break a tooth on. It all seems like doughy goop nowadays. No crust. I wish Pacific Standard Simon were here to add his two cents on bread crusts.

But the same can be said about a lot of other supposedly non-chain food. Pretty much every place that—for example—sells egg and sausage sandwiches gets their ingredients from similar suppliers. Ditto with Chinese food places; the stuff is mostly frozen and reheated anyway and definitely not good for you either. So hey! My egalitarian fast food thoughts!
