That Hawklords LP is a classic in the Druid household. Bainbridge on bass was a great thing.

Dean:

That's the tour I heard, Hawkwind at the Starwood in LA. But between this show and Uncle Michael's closer from Agitation Free, I'm feeling pretty miserably stupid. I had all these LPs--the Hawkwind on Charisma and earlier stuff, the first two Agitation Free--up until mid-'80s, when I needed space for something or other, so I unloaded them. Dammit.

Avatar 3:36pm
Rev. Turnip Druid:

@Dean: similar story here. Moving too much, sold off the whole vinyl collection between 89-93. It's taken this long to recover (shakes fist/empty wallet at Discogs)
  3:37pm
Dean:

I'll probably pick up that Burning Shed set. I prefer vinyl, but there is some consolation to having a tidier CD package to store.
Avatar 3:38pm
V Priceless:

Melvins/Jello version of that Roxy Music track is pretty great, too. King Buzzo claims Jello's been doing a Ferry impersonation his entire career, which is hilariously accurate when you think about it.
