	9:32pm Dean: Is the handle affixed to the arm that pulls the chain that lifts the seal thingum?
	9:33pm Dean: Sometimes the handle (outside the tank) loses traction with the arm (inside the tank).
	9:33pm melinda: I guess it's a partial flush, bowl fills but won't clear.
	9:34pm Dean: That's residual clog. See Gary @9:31. Try snake or more plunging...

	9:35pm Dean: I find that a superdupersuction plunger works. All plastic, you position it, turn handle to lock, churn like crazy, and voila! No more clog.
	9:36pm melinda: I ran a snake pretty far but wasn't able to rotate it. Guess I'll try again. My arms are tired.
