The Second Stage track is very nice. 90.1 signal is loud and clear, by the way.

ken fhp: get smart explains two things:
1. it's called a "digital footprint" because the pros glue their mobiles to their shoe.
2. the codenames for classified NSA/GCHQ programs are always written in all-caps because otherwise they wouldn't be loud enough to hear inside the cone of silence.
sad to hear about gautier.

How does everyone feel about the word "yummy?" Just curious.
  12:50pm
Cliff in Prague:

Liz, it's a little creepy when said in a computer voice!
Avatar 12:57pm
Whooda:

When I heard "yummy" then smiled to myself, then feeling embarrassed, berated myself for being entertained as well as having a desire to hear "yummy" come up again.

i love all the old words and names..especially from the 40's..I think its cool to bring back Golly Gee and names like Moe for example
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:01pm
Ken From Hyde Park:

I avoid using the words "yummy" and "tummy." Not sure why, though. They kind of give me the creeps, I guess. I remember some movie (probably a 60s or 70s flick) where a guy hands a lady a cocktail and she takes a sip and exclaims "Yummy."
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:04pm
frozen_peas:

I think "yummy" is a tad babyish. This is coming from someone who says "good gravy!" and "flippin" all the flippin time.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:16pm
Planet Tyler:

The only thing "good" about the disaster Trump is that, there might be some fantastic art and lots of punk rock that comes out of it

every use of "yummy", "veggie", "tummy", etc moves one's identity closer to fran drescher and further from [insert paragon of masculinity here].

"cellar door" was in Donnie Darko as well. Drew Barrymore's character had it written on a chalkboard.

We had some experimental record here that sampled the EAS belches, but Cliff is right, totally illegal to play over the radio in the U.S. (those sounds actually trigger stuff down the line, believe it or not).
