I play music that is old and that is new. Some of it is digital while some is analog. It is from many different countries; sometimes it is loud and at other times it is quiet.

I'd protest February before I'd protest March
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:21pm
fred:

Yeah, I guess the word "revolution" originally suggested something bloody in French, for historical reasons. But it's used so much in ads that I think that connection is only when talking about historical events
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:21pm
Doug Schulkind:

I am marching in my mind as I listen, Mayuko.

Walkman Antiquarian is a nice title, and now it probably means something different from what it would have meant 20 years ago
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:48pm
fred:

That Yam/Wire track was pretty great. They look like an interesting ensemble too, though I'm unlikely to get to see them
Avatar 1:53pm
Mayuko:

Yeah, I really liked it too. I found this CD under a turntable of studio C. I'm assuming Jason is responsible, haha! Or could have been a hidden message to me from some mysterious force.

Oh! The director was Yasujiro Shimazu one. A few of his films have got subtitles from the fan-subs / sharing community, but not the one you were talking about. Really want to see it now.

Thanks Mayuko!

Jason_, yes that's the one! Seems like there are so many interesting things around this film - and the film itself is amazing they say. I'd love to learn more about it and watch it too!!!
