i love when tapes degrade into weird muddy muffled non music... does anyone remember Scott Williams' sun bleached Genesis tape??
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:52pm
coelacanth∅:

haha, no! but i have a few like that. (mostly maxell or basf that just degraded, without sun abuse)

Funny, I just organized my cassettes at home. They sound fine but it's my cassette player that's warbled. Pretty much sums up my memories from that era.

Eutrophic = (of a lake or other body of water) rich in nutrients and so supporting a dense plant population, the decomposition of which kills animal life by depriving it of oxygen.

Wow, fred, you're friends with Api Uiz? My favorite find on the FMA this week for sure! Tell us more about them!
Avatar 2:52pm
Cheyenne:

The FMA owes a great debt to Commune Oreille, they're killin' it over there with the new bands
Avatar Swag For Life Member 2:54pm
fred:

They were originally from Bordeaux, two brothers and the man behind the Potagers Natures label. The brothers moved to Paris, but one of them moved back to Bordeaux a few years ago, so now two are there and one in Paris. They have toured with or opened for The Ex several times. Ian Saboya is also in Chocolat Billy

I take it back. "Collier de perles" is the song, but it's not in Hebrew, though it has bits of Hebrew in it Yiddish? Judaeo-French, if there is such a thing?
  5:52pm

Thanks! Liz!

Please find it and play it.
I know you like that.
Also I sent "Bon Jour 2007" full of dance tunes.
