	3:54pm JtotheK: i was a guest dj with a very good friend of mine (who is now deceased -- miss you Dave) that had multiple weekly DJ spins - for a night of 70s/80s/90s 45s/12" singles. he had all sorts of Stereolab 45s that he dug out for the night. was outstanding.

	4:00pm northguineahills: When I was a teenager, I house sat for a friend of my parents. Their adult son had a bunch of Stereolab vinyl, 10"s, 7"s, etc. I called him to ask if I could listen to them. He told me I could have them. I was very happy that day. When I was 20 I drove 6 hours to see Stereolab. My friend and I arrived early, and we saw them arrive in the tour bus, and they chatted w/ us. I had my first beer (I was previously straight-edge). It was a good road trip. I might have to catch the interview in the archives. I'm in the middle of moving. @JtotheK: I'll pour one out for Dave tonight.

	4:00pm northguineahills: When I was a teenager, I house sat for a friend of my parents. Their adult son had a bunch of Stereolab vinyl, 10"s, 7"s, etc. I called him to ask if I could listen to them. He told me I could have them. I was very happy that day. When I was 20 I drove 6 hours to see Stereolab. My friend and I arrived early, and we saw them arrive in the tour bus, and they chatted w/ us. I had my first beer (I was previously straight-edge). It was a good road trip. I might have to catch the interview in the archives.
