	12:32am chris_in_space: I have never understood the hype over 77-78 shows. The piano always sounded like ass in the mix, so many long Not Fade's at half-speed tempo, a bloated sound really taking root overall. Give me 73-74 any day.

	12:59am still b/p: I enjoyed it, but unfortunately, I wasn't really a fan before or after it so I wasn't too attentive or retentive, though of course I've heard the show praised by those in the know, conversationally and in print. (Boston Globe in 2015 ranked band's top five shows ever at the Garden, May '77 = #1.) I remember getting out of our shitty sits and moving around to aisle stair spots as we were shooed along by staff. And I remember a few of us buying brown/chocolate trip material from someone in the crowd, but it didn't do nuthin'. Night all.
