	9:40am northguineahills: I missed the jello at the Downtown Brooklyn grand jury. I only got chosen twice in a four year period. The first one was only two days before I was dismissed. The second was 9 days before it was declared a mistrial.

The civil case was dismissed just as it was going to trial. Which is a common thing: The lawyers pump their chests, threaten this and that and then someone plays chicken.

	10:28am JakeGould: @Ike: Like anything, there are different degrees and types of color blindness. This pic gives a good example of some of the major kinds. static.boredpanda.com... Also, I don’t know what kind of smartphone you have but under iOS on an iPhone—or iPad—there are options specifically for color blindness in the user interface that I find to be a very quick and concise way of seeing how other people see things. Still hard to understand if you can see all colors, but it’s a nice way of getting an idea.

	9:40am northguineahills: I missed the jello at the Downtown Brooklyn grand jury. I only got chosen twice in a four year period. The first one was only two days before I was dismissed. The second was 9 days before it was declared a mistrial.

The civil case was dismissed just as it was going to trial. Which is a common thing: The lawyers pump their chests, threaten this and that and then someone plays chicken.

Also, I don’t know what kind of smartphone you have but under iOS on an iPhone—or iPad—there are options specifically for color blindness in the user interface that I find to be a very quick and concise way of seeing how other people see things. Still hard to understand if you can see all colors, but it’s a nice way of getting an idea.
