This soundscape has been composed from field recordings made in Guadeloupe (West Indies) in march 2017, notably off Deshaies, at Morne Mazeau and Anse-Bertrand.
The title of this piece, La pli bel an la bay, “The fairest one is under the bushel”, is a Guadeloupean proverb meaning that the most beautiful things in life are hidden, and we have to look for them.

from her website:
The opening piece uses a 400-year-old organ, tuned to the subtle but seductive ‘meantone temperament’. This is a tuning rarely heard. It sounds kind of ‘rounded out’ and warped.

i've got an av amplifier with pre out jacks (pre out front; sub wf; surround; surround back multizone;& zone 2 - L & R of each) these are supposed to be used to add another amp, or powered speakers.
however, i heard somewhere, at some point that i can patch from those (esp the "front") pre-outs to an eq and then back in through the a pair of the "ext in" jacks. (of which there are 5)
...anyone?

i'm in no hurry anyway, since the seller forgot to put the power cord in the box.
