	10:15am inflamed brain: re: the anxiety the day after, I just read a great book that explains a lot about social stress (interview, performance anxiety, etc) triggering immune system response, which triggers inflammatory proteins in the brain called Cytokines which cause anxiety, depression, social withdrawal, etc. -- the scientist explains it better than I, but it resonated with my experience, especially the effects of anti-inflamatory meds on mental state: https://www.amazon.com/Inflamed-Mind-radical-approach-depression/dp/1780723504
