re: the anxiety the day after, I just read a great book that explains a lot about social stress (interview, performance anxiety, etc) triggering immune system response, which triggers inflammatory proteins in the brain called Cytokines which cause anxiety, depression, social withdrawal, etc. -- the scientist explains it better than I, but it resonated with my experience, especially the effects of anti-inflamatory meds on mental state: https://www.amazon.com/Inflamed-Mind-radical-approach-depression/dp/1780723504

He had 2 "preview" shows, not archived, they were great . He plays recorded music,, and is a performing musician (mainly baritone sax, but other instruments as well). I've seen him many times mostly as part of The Microscopic Septet (he had their bassist, David Hofstra, as a guest the 2nd show was really fun
