Webhamster Henry: I do know a bit about HAARP but didn't know that. It's fascinating. The Weatherman of Negativland turned me onto the wacky world of Webdsr and also people that catalog things on the radio spectrum in their respective environment. It's a noisy radiological world we live in.

I got sort of obsessed with taking a high-gain guitar pickup and wired it up to a headphone amplifier and would go around listening to the electromagnetic sounds around my environment. It's pretty interesting.

Northern Utah WebSDR near Corinne, Utah, U.S.A. and KFS WebSDR HF receiver system on the Pacific coast south of San Francisco
I tend to use LSB and 40ph, fwiw
Might not be alt of traffic at this time of day, but the signal waterfalls usually give you a good indication.
