They do use quite a lot of tahini and garlic. I have tried myself to nail their ration and have only come close once, but purely by accident and I cannot replicate it.

They do use quite a lot of tahini and garlic. I have tried myself to nail their ration and have only come close once, but purely by accident and I cannot replicate it.
