Psyched to listen to Blurred and Obscured tonight! What a treat...I won't be able to comment, but just wanted you to know you have an eager listener.

That’s funny I just watched that on YouTube today too. What a coincidence!

I think if I were to parody WFMU, one of the album titles that I would use would be a Anthology of Electroacoustic Lebanese Music. Affectionately, mind you. (And I would expect that album to be excellent.)

Cheers.

Great fill in
I love Blurred and obscured
I love FMU
I’m very new to bandcamp and I have no clue what I’m doing on that site. I was able to purchase a download of Mdou Moctar successfuly but couldn’t get DJ Kellen303(spectrum audio)download as it was giving me a price in Pounds. I’ll have to try again.

I already have a problem where the excellent new albums outstrips my time to listen to them (and I listen to music a bunch — more than anybody I know [I’m disabled, and listening to music is my life]). I’m kind of even anxious because of all of the music I can’t listen to. And yet, and yet— I’m feeling a pull from bandcamp....

I know the feeling. It's like with books -- I've come to the age where I really have to focus on what I'm consuming, when it comes to tomes or new albums.

jonny:

paging thru some Rauschenberg books...a magical visual to your show...like mud muse...a large aluminum tank with 8000 pounds of mud...with a bass track playing underneath...that would cause bubbles to rise and burst at the top of the mud pit...happy birthday robert...thanks jonathan...

I lament my lack of time to listen to music, and read, and go to shows.... I need to be more people at once.

I could spend all my time listening to music and reading and watching movies , that’s why I need to win the lottery.
Avatar 🎙 1:42am

They great part about getting to do a fill in is sitting and really dedicating yourself to listening .

oof. should watch this movie i guess

the great thing about wfmu is all of the dj's who can dedicate the time so we can bask in the delicious sounds
Avatar 1:50am

Seriously, I won the lottery, as far as I get to listen to music all the time if I want to (apart from sleep and doctors appointments). What I’ve discovered is there’s no point where you catch up with music.... Now I’m trying to accept it!
