	♥ 10:45pm Franco Twinkie: In 2004 Chrestis mom was in the hospital on Thanksgiving day. Before we went to see her, I suggested we stop and eat in Berkeley. Well, even across the American grain Berkeley was closed up tight. We eventually found an Indian restaurant with a lunch buffet. They had all the usual dishes- curries, masalas, ect, plus a giant golden brown turkey as the center piece. I was the first person to pick up the carving knife. Under the perfectly acceptable toasty surface it was a molten ball of pink ooze. It was totally raw on the inside! These people had obviously never cooked a turkey before. I looked at the two guys who were probably the owners and they looked at me with such hopeful expressions on their faces I just smiled and put down the carving tools and moved onto the other dishes, which were fine. That night we drank Wild Turkey whiskey and made a pizza.

	♥ 10:45pm Franco Twinkie: In 2004 Chrestis mom was in the hospital on Thanksgiving day. Before we went to see her, I suggested we stop and eat in Berkeley. Well, even across the American grain Berkeley was closed up tight. We eventually found an Indian restaurant with a lunch buffet. They had all the usual dishes- curries, masalas, ect, plus a giant golden brown turkey as the center piece. I was the first person to pick up the carving knife. Under the perfectly acceptable toasty surface it was a molten ball of pink ooze. It was totally raw on the inside! These people had obviously never cooked a turkey before. I looked at the two guys who were probably the owners and they looked at me with such hopeful expressions on their faces I just smiled and put down the carving tools and moved onto the other dishes, which were fine. That night we drank Wild Turkey whiskey and made a pizza.
