Saw The Arkestra many times in the 80s and 90s, what a trip! (There was a period of time they were all over NYC, jazz clubs, punk rock clubs, you name it)

The streams represent a wonderful option for WFMU in a crisis. Back during Hurricane Sandy, when WFMU was knocked off the air, the Drummer Stream took the mantle and became the locus of WFMU's programming for a while.

That's very cool - I think the profession requires us to maintain outside creative stimulation. If you don't, it can be a tough career to maneuver emotionally
