Ok thanks, I usually oscillate between London and a small town in the west where my s.o lives, so have escaped the city at least, and can walk the dog in the hills. The real challenge starts tomorrow when she starts staying home as well, it’s a small house! It does all feel a bit .. eerie, shut down was enforced last night and tbh kinda relieved, a lot of people were acting like idiots

Tom, but I was reading, and I guess having the blessing of the NHS, the gov sent letters to everyone who was known to have a condition that put them at high risk of the Covid, so they knew to stay home for three months. That's pretty great, compared to the clusterfuck of the US response.

for some reason i thought to ask google what's going on in japan and learned that it was pretty much business as usual as it is in a number of other countries like russia and iraq.
an observation was made about a particular tb immunization and how as kids in those countries they received vaccines based on a different strain than we have here mostly in the west.
