My understanding is that the Court found the ballot initiative to be "misleading" because the language said weed would be legal under Florida state law, and the Court felt that, by not also stating weed would remain a controlled substance and illegal under Federal law, the voters of Florida were too stupid to understand the import of the initiative. Utter horseshit.
