	10:53am Threemoons: That is the one danger of old buildings--pipes can leak behind walls. I also had to filth-shame; last shower I took was on Sunday PM before going out to dinner. Slept in Monday and was sluggish this AM so just more perfume. BUT OTOH it made my super's job easier because when I told him that I didn't show for two days, he was able to rule me out as the flood started yesterday.

	11:40am HyperDose: I feel your plight Threemoons. I just got myself out of one of those buildings. The last straw was a pipe leak over 50ft down that was causing my sink to blow up and spew sediment. It's horrible when your home can't be a place of tranquility.
	11:40am Threemoons: I mean, the poor girl downstairs has water coming out of the light fixtures in her bathroom. And if there's a glitch in a feeder/inbound (not a drain) pipe, they have every right to rip out any and all walls until they find the issue (and also probably weakening any other crappy old pipes).

	11:46am Threemoons: @Hyperdose in my old building, my LL was my next door neighbor and he shared the bathroom wall and Y-drain from the tub with me. His wife had long hair and her drain kept clogging in such a way that it would cause their dirty bathwater and worse to back up into my tub. I once had to pound on their door at 5 AM when she was showering because a mix of dirty bathwater and other unknown crud was rapidly filling my tub to overflowing...good thing I had gotten up to pee and seen what was happening.

The last straw should have been when a huge section of the plaster fell on my head and cut my arm. So much water damage that the floors were warped (and I wasn't even on the top floor). All that on top of the surrounding noise and not knowing when the 2 kids upstairs would come to visit. Place was like a nightmare. I'm glad you're getting your stuff sorted! :)

And the leak still persist, it's only a matter of time before a couple of more fall off.

Slept in Monday and was sluggish this AM so just more perfume. BUT OTOH it made my super's job easier because when I told him that I didn't show for two days, he was able to rule me out as the flood started yesterday.

	11:46am Threemoons: @Hyperdose in my old building, my LL was my next door neighbor and he shared the bathroom wall and Y-drain from the tub with me. His wife had long hair and her drain kept clogging in such a way that it would cause their dirty bathwater and worse to back up into my tub. I once had to pound on their door at 5 AM when she was showering because a mix of dirty bathwater and other unknown crud was rapidly filling my tub to overflowing...good thing I had gotten up to pee and seen what was happening.

The last straw should have been when a huge section of the plaster fell on my head and cut my arm. So much water damage that the floors were warped (and I wasn't even on the top floor). All that on top of the surrounding noise and not knowing when the 2 kids upstairs would come to visit. Place was like a nightmare. I'm glad you're getting your stuff sorted! :)
