Hello, all! Today's playlist pic is by Brazilian artist Antônio Henrique Amaral. It's from 1966, and is called "O discurso ou el tirano."

this set sounds like a small, bubbling brook of a garden you have set up in your small backyard area. Maybe some goldfish, maybe some frogs, maybe a break in the clouds with a gentle smattering of sunshine. Oh, and tea.

Think that was a brief quote from the Famous Jug Band at the beginning of this Perfect Trip track.
  12:32pm
Mark Williams:

Tony, am I right that over the years you've always played two or more tracks from a particular release you're featuring? It's interesting to me, because it's a "technique" that's not used so much anymore.
Avatar 12:34pm
Tony Coulter:

Not always -- but, yes, very often. Most people on FMU avoid doing that like the plague, and I've never known why.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:36pm
chresti:

Hi Davidkins! spodi!\\//
  12:36pm
Mark Williams:

When I DJ'ed in college, it wasn't common either, at least not on the normal slots. You were more likely to hear it from people who had "specialty shows," like Reggae, African, Jazz, etc. But I do like that you do that. It's more relaxed. There's not this rush to 'find the next thing' throughout.
