It's very weird. I was in a dentist office, he was running late and I ended up leafing through a TV mag that somehow mentioned WFMU. I wrote that down, first show was Terre T, changed my life

this is probably the most i've listened to firesign, i like the dark undercurrent, but i'd say it's a product of it's time in some respects like when they refer to other countries or cultures, they exude a sense of american exceptionalism, even though they undercut it, and a basking in the glow of post ww2 america success, before vietnam seeped into america's consciousness
