He openly hates Arabs and Asians (colonization hangover), which makes him vey popular with Black voters. Which is why we'll soon have a neo-nazi government: Jews hate Blacks and Arabs, Blacks hate Jews and Arabs, Arabs hate Blacks and Jews, whites hate all of the above. Everybody hates Asians. We are doomed

My brother studied computers in high school in the early 70s. There were less than a dozen kids in the class. They were able to link up to the SUNY computers. He studied computer engineering at Northeastern. He made computers for family members including me in the 90s. He is retired, but he works on computers still for fun.

oh like i said i haven't seen much besides clips, but what i saw was durante's frustration that keaton wasn't doing schtick, wasn't "on" or showbiz, but also think keaton's pratfalls in sound didn't work because you can hear the thud when he lands

That thud is one of the big differences between classical and contemporary dance. In classical, it's all about denial of gravity, so you have to have some sound to cover up that. Part of why I can't stand classical anymore

Nice tunes today and as always I love a high level chat on important matters of the day. My take on it: We are ALL FUCKED. The thud can be the point in contemporary dance (not saying Keaton was doing that). Reclaiming the actual body is an issue, and a big divide from classical, also with body types of dancers (especially female). But I'm already getting into the weeds there
