But a colleague's sister lives in Helsinki, and, as Stu can probably attest, it's something like -17Deg C there. The sister is pleased because it means her children are allowed to stay in during the school playtime break. Apparently, the cut-off point in Finland is -15. Anything above that is considered positively balmy, apparently.
