	9:58am JakeGould: When I attempted to rekindle my vinyl appreciation a few years ago, the first few records I got were sound effects and bird call records… But someone in my building has an amped up CB rig (ex-cop) and the interference that comes through the stereo suddenly boomed louder through the needle pickup. Like bird calls and then endless retired cops yammerig about their CB sets. So had to ditch the setup.

The artistic and especially musical term was derived from the duende, an elf or goblin-like magic creature in Spanish mythology.

Like bird calls and then endless retired cops yammerig about their CB sets. So had to ditch the setup.
