I'm sending you all the healing vibes BUT I'd also gently suggest you to ask a real doctor if physical therapy makes sense for you, and if it does I urge you to find a good PT place like Spear and then do all the exercises, no matter how dumb they feel. PT saved me from surgery twice, once with a blown out knee and once with a broken ankle. Here's to healing and dealing / love you!

I'm sending you all the healing vibes BUT I'd also gently suggest you to ask a real doctor if physical therapy makes sense for you, and if it does I urge you to find a good PT place like Spear and then do all the exercises, no matter how dumb they feel. PT saved me from surgery twice, once with a blown out knee and once with a broken ankle. Here's to healing and dealing / love you!
