	12:45pm dan: Speaking of Philip Glass, there’s a great BBC documentary on the minimalist composers of the 1970s, specifically Glass, Steve Reich, Terry Riley and La Monte Young. 	🛒 12:51pm egould: I had a mileage goal for running in 2024. I accomplished it, but damn the tendonitis. I shut it down on Christmas Eve. Stretch and strength to begin tomorrow. Running resumes March 18th. I'm not setting a mileage goal for 2025. This year will be about run frequency, and getting out of my neighborhood. More trail runs in the mountains, across the Evergreen Floating Bridge, etc.

Running resumes March 18th. I'm not setting a mileage goal for 2025. This year will be about run frequency, and getting out of my neighborhood. More trail runs in the mountains, across the Evergreen Floating Bridge, etc.
